Bellamy Young

Young started her career as an actor in theatre. In 1997 she had her Broadway debut in the role of Mary in the original actors of The Life. She also performed Off-Broadway, in Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Rolled Along (1994) in addition to as Randy Newman's Faust (from 1995-1996). Her debut was on the TV screen in 1995 as Dr. Courtney Evans. She was a part of Law & Order as a guest in two parts during 1997 and 1998. In 1999 she made her movie debut with a minor part on the crime drama Black and White and later she co-starred in various independent films. In the early 2000s she began guest-starring roles on a number of comedies and television dramas which included The Drew Carey Show, The X Files, ER, Frasier, The West Wing, NCIS, Medium, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Two and a Half Men, Supernatural, Drop Dead Diva, and Castle. Between 2000 between 2000 and 2011 Young made appearances in over thirty TV shows. Young was among the main actors on Peacemakers which was a USA Network television series that aired in 2003. After nine episodes, the program stopped after a single episode. There were recurring characters in the Lifetime legal drama series For the People as Deputy Dist. Atty. Agnes Hunt on NBC drama American Dreams in 2003 as Diane Shaw, Dr. Grace Miller on NBC Scrubs in 2004 as Monica West, Assistant State Attorney Monica West in CBS CSI: Miami in 2005 through 2006 and Ellen Darling on ABC soap Dirty Sexy Money in 2008-2009 as the son-in-law with the most eldest in the Darling Family. In addition, she had a frequent role in Criminal Minds as Beth Clemmons between 2011 and 2013. Bellamy Bellamy Bellamy
